we use a 3D graphics program which you can download from a website it is called milkshape 3d with it u can make models for half life and we are currently making files to be made over to half life 2 when they are releasing the SDK to mod teams 4 practice!!!
So there is much work to do!
All of are textures are made in abode photo Shop 6 and sometimes mspaint for editing bitmpa files
this means that sharp graphics can be done if u have ansiotropic's filter on ur video card and anti alaising swich on the menu
